In this course, participants are given a practical introduction to the basics of the Laban Bartenieff Movement System (LBBS).

The LBBS explores the natural movement patterns of humans, which are fundamental to the development of movement, emotions, thinking and attachment behavior. These are the foundations of dance therapy work. During the course, participants explore their personal movement preferences based on these principles, which makes the connection to their own /movement) developmental history clear.

LBBS is also used in dance education. It specifically supports dance training and choreography work, expands the repertoire of movements and promotes expression in dance.
