Helena Nicolao M.A. is a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner and teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in contemporary dance and has been realizing her own projects and choreographies for many years. As a federally recognized complementary therapist, she works in her own practice in Winterthur using the methods of craniosacral therapy, Body-Mind Centering®, Somatic Experiencing®, and NARM^TM.
