Body Mind Centerning July 2026
ZOE SCHOOL invites you to attend its Summer SCHOOL at the end of July. These courses deal with areas related to Dance Mmovement Therapy.
Summer SCHOOL 2026 BODY-MIND CENTERING®
BMC® is a practice of somatic learning. It allows you to experience anatomical and physiological connections and connects you with the processes of embryonic and early childhood movement development. At its core is the belief that every cell in the body has an inherent intelligence—and that you can learn to listen to it.
Our target audience is clearly defined—and perhaps you are part of it.
If you are interested in movement, the living body, and personal growth processes, you are very welcome here.
What to expect
In this course, we will dive together into the living landscape of various body systems. With the Body-Mind Centering® method, we open up a space of experience that supports you in a holistic way: your bones find new stability, the mobility of your joints can unfold effortlessly, your internal organs gain emotional volume, and the movement dynamics of your muscles and fluids become noticeable.
We work with anatomical image viewing, subtle and playful movement experiments, nourishing body journeys, and mindful touch sequences with partners. In this way, you will directly experience how the individual body systems reveal themselves in their own unique qualities of expression—and how they shape the way you move, feel, and be.
This course invites you to discover new approaches to movement, lovingly awaken and unfold your potential, and explore the psychophysical connections of your experience with greater awareness. BMC® is a practice of somatic learning. It makes anatomical and physiological connections tangible and connects you with the processes of embryonic and early childhood movement development. At its core is the belief that every cell in the body has an inherent intelligence—and that you can learn to listen to it.
