In this course, participants will learn about the diverse possibilities, connections and limitations of quantitative and qualitative research methods in art-related research, especially in the context of dance and movement therapy.

You will gain an insight into internet research techniques and learn how to assess research work for its quality and critical applicability. You will also deal with questions of research ethics.

An emphasis is placed on the introduction to evidence-based application, in particular how research findings can be specifically integrated into the process of dance therapy work. The course places great emphasis on the practical applicability of research findings in the therapeutic context.
