Good relationships start with good communication.
This module is aimed at a broad audience and shows why communication is the central element of any sustainable relationship, both in a professional and private context. It provides a sound understanding of how communication works, where misunderstandings arise, and how relationships can be consciously shaped.
Key communication models are presented, including the four-sided model according to Friedemann Schulz von Thun, constructivist approaches according to Paul Watzlawick, nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg, and solution-oriented concepts according to Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg.
There is a special focus on feedback cultures, nonverbal and paraverbal communication, and the conscious role of relationships, attitude, and openness. In addition, conflicts, their dynamics, and constructive strategies for dealing with them are addressed.
The course combines theory with practice and strengthens the ability to communicate more clearly, shape relationships more consciously, and approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
