Communication only becomes effective through practice—and that’s exactly where this course comes in.
This course is divided into two parts. The first part is a practical continuation of the course “Communication and Communication Models” and is aimed at a broad audience. The focus is on actively practicing conversation skills – because it is only through application, reflection, and repetition that communication becomes a solid foundation for good relationships.
The course teaches practical forms, models, and techniques of conversation as well as targeted questioning techniquesthat structure, deepen, and clarify conversations. There is a special focus on the effect of language and body languageand their conscious interaction in communication. In addition, presentation and visualization techniques are tested in order to convey content clearly and in a manner appropriate to the audience.
Participants reflect on their own communication style, develop helpful modifications, and practice conversation preparation, opening, and closing. Typical pitfalls, motivating dynamics, and conflict signals are identified and dealt with constructively.
This course brings communication to life—through practice, feedback, and immediate implementation.
