An inclusive, playful and educational virtual space for therapists, educators and healers of all kinds to explore how to support youth in reclaiming their agency in an unpredictable, inequitable world. A blend of psychoeducation, Dance/Movement Therapy, evidence-based mindfulness and emotion-regulation practices with artistic expression to help participants experiment with their own body awareness, build grounding skills, develop kinesthetic empathy, and connect with their inner adolescent in order to better meet youth where they currently are and help the grow into who they want to become.
