Our history has an impact—whether we are aware of it or not.
This course is aimed at psychotherapists, dance and art therapists, educators, and people who want to gain a deep, conscious insight into their own biography. The course provides an experience of why biographical work is a central foundation for professional action, relationship building, and personal development.
It provides an in-depth understanding of biographical patterns, developmental phases, and life rhythms from childhood to adulthood. Transitions, turning points, and crises are examined, as are the resources they contain. Practical methods such as timelines, life houses, and case work enable a reflective examination of one’s own and others’ life stories.
There is a special focus on social relationships, bonding experiences, and developmental psychology. Family, culture, roles, and early influences are understood in terms of their impact on self-image, relationship patterns, and decision-making skills.
The course combines theory, personal biographical reflection, and practice, strengthening empathy, self-awareness, and professional clarity—both for working with others and for one’s own life path.
