The course systematically guides you through all chapters of the project study and combines technical clarity with practical applicability.
- Purpose: Clarification of the project assignment and the professional competencies to be demonstrated through the work.
- Situation analysis: Starting point, requirements and needs of the target groups, and classification of existing offers.
- Orientation: Development of a vision, strategic embedding, and approach.
- Planning: Goals, target groups, offer, measures, milestones, and budgeting.
- Organization: Project structure, evaluation, and communication in an interdisciplinary context.
- Outlook: Opportunities, risks, sustainability, and reflective overview.
- Formalities & directories: Confident handling of structure, citation methods, and requirements.
