Incorporating research is not an obstacle – it is your gateway to greater clarity and confidence in practice.

This course provides you with the background knowledge of research if you want to work in an evidence-informed manner. This course makes research understandable, practical, and directly applicable.

The course provides a structured overview of quantitative methods, qualitative and arts-based research, research ethics, culture and identity, and evidence-based treatment. You will learn how to read studies, assess their quality, and use systematic reviews and meta-analyses specifically for clinical decisions.

In clear learning steps, you will develop research skills, understand key research paradigms, and connect quantitative and qualitative findings with your practice. The evaluation of results in dance and movement therapy will help you to demonstrate the effectiveness of your interventions.

This course will open doors if you want to justify your work on a sound basis, represent it confidently, and develop it further in an evidence-informed manner.
